Took my car to Carmax to have it repaired after waiting a week since they were so crowded Carmax called and told me to pick up my car because they couldn’t work on a transmission issue. I found this company on repair pal and called and they were immediately able to get me in after diagnosing the issue, it turns out it wasn’t even a transmission issue but a spark plug issue big difference universal was able to complete the work within a day and had me back on the road. They also discovered a couple other issues that I will need to take care of soon, but they did not push any repairs on me like a lot of places do I will definitely recommend them and use them as my repair company going forward.
