"Audi of Seattle is friendly, with excellent service."
The customer service was great, I was greeted by friendly staff members and the took care of me as soon as I walked in the door.

"Attentive and efficient service in a nice environment."
The transaction at Audi Seattle was easy and enjoyable. Without an appointment, my wife and I were swiftly guided to a our salesman (Joe Seymour). He set us up immediately with two cars to test drive. He followed up with email and showed me what was available and what was incoming. I selected a Q5 and he held it for me. Wayne in the business office was also thorough and quick. I wanted to surprise my wife and everyone was accommodating.

"Our new Q7 is wonderful."
We had the best experience with Zoltan. He helped us from ordering our Q7 to delivery. He took lots of time to answer every question and show us everything our new car could do. He has even called twice to check in and answer additional questions.

Used Audi Seattle's shuttle service in the morning to get to work after dropping off the car. Used the shuttle service back after work and drove home. Smooth experience.

"Great purchasing experience, just need to improve check out process"
Overall, Ben was great. Easy to work with and very happy with my car. Only feedback I would give is there has to be a way to improve and reduce the amount of time it takes from point of agreeing to price to actually driving away with car. This took an inordinate amount of time

"Took care of us when an unexpected problem arose"
Our engine light came on unexpectedly, we were concerned about driving with the engine light on. We drove the car to Audi of Seattle, they worked us into their schedule and corrected the problem as we waited. Nimble reaction to our need, got our car back on the road quickly, we love the vehicle.
