DON'T BUY FROM ANY VA CARS!

Every so often I will repost my 78 year old mother's experience with VA Cars, especially the one that used to be on Midlothian Turnpike in Chesterfield. She has now passed away, but her horrible experience needs to be told. Several years ago, my mother went to VA Cars because they were advertising a low down payment and guaranteed financing. Her old car died and the slim ball sales rep sold my mother a Dodge Neon, horrible cheap car but my mother didn't know, it was new to her. My mother with her walking cane due to an attack by some teenagers which landed her in the hospital some years ago, and an air capacitor for oxygen wanted to buy a car. She put down about $1000 and at that time her credit was fairly good around 700. The sales rep and the finance person found a loan company to finance the rest at a very high interest rate. After she made her first car payment about 4 or 6 weeks later, they called my mom and told her that she needed to bring the car back because she was not approve for financing. What? Wouldn't these idiots know that before she drove the car off the lot? For a cheap car like that, they could have financed it internally. My mom pays all her bills religiously, sometimes more then the minimum payments. My mother was so upset that I had to drive that Neon piece of crap back up to lot. These people are true heatless slim balls. They basically lied to an old crippled woman and "stole" the car from under her butt. This is why I continue to repost this story so these jerks will go out of business.
