Joe said the business charged him a good price for what he needed to have done on his vehicle. They topped off his fluids without his permission and charged him an extra $45. He would have liked them to let him know and give him the option of doing it himself, but they just took it upon themselves to do it.

Just to give some perspective the vehicle in question is a 2001 BMW 330I that came in 3 quarts low on oil and the power steering (holds specail fluid which is pricey) was empty and making noise. My apolgies for not asking first before topping off critical fluids we just assumed customer didnt want to damage the engine or steering.

"Quick and perfect sevice"
I called Pete at 9:30am to replace a CV axle on the wife's car and it was in and out in less than 2 1/2 hours and the prices was $150 less than Gunnell's in Mesa...what else can I say!
