"Quality customer service"
As always, the staff was ready for us when we arrived and work was done promptly. Customer waiting area is comfortable, with cookies popcorn, coffee, water, and soft drinks available, as well as a small play area for young children and there's always a jig saw puzzle to work on while you wait. They maintain excellent service records related to the vehicle and also alert you to things that will need attention in the future.

"VH Cars Service Did Well"
I appeared to be a valve stem issue; but expanded to a TPMS. Went to a shop closer to home to resolve, since I was driving wheel to/from after dismount/remount from car. After remount TPMS was signaling an issue; so returned to local shop for their remedy. After some attempts they eventually told me only a Hyundai Dealer could fix. By then I had invested a fair amount of time and considerably more than anticipated. I talked with VHC Service manager, me being fairly frustrated at having to run around "just for a dash light". Probably since I am a long standing customer, they were able to help remedy end price to stay more moderate.

After further discussion with this dealership, I have reconsidered my review answers. It seems that I was in error regarding my rear x-traffic setting and my back up sensors. I do apologize to the dealership, (service dept) for this misunderstanding on my part. Please disregard my first review.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your most recent service experience at Van Horn Hyundai. 
While reviewing our survey, we noticed that you only had a one star experience with your repairs. While looking in to your service visits I spoke with your last attending service advisors and one had explained to me that all the service repair work went well and the rear collision avoidance was turned back on. When speaking to your advisor from your 12/15 visit there seemed to be some confusion on back up alarm activation. I believe that there was confusion on what systems were in concern.  Please accept our apologies for the confusion and lack of clarity.
