"Oil change, tire rotation and safety recall"
Had an oil change and tire rotation done on one vehicle, and a safety recall on another. Should have been given the option of what kind of oil being used. I assumed installing full-synthetic oil is standard on new/newer vehicles, but I guess not. Ended up with semi-synthetic being used, would have preferred full-synthetic instead.

I took my vehicle in for it's oil change. Noted to the service personnel to make sure the technician cleaned up any oil spillage from the oil change. Otherwise I have oil leakage on my garage floor. Unfortunately it wasn't cleaned up appropriately and I developed an oil spot.

"Love Van Horn Hyundai "
We drive 45+ miles to go to Van Horn to service our Sonata. We have gotten fair prices and trade-in values for buying from them. We even sent our daughter and SIL down to Van Horn and they bought a new Elantra. The only thing that needs improvement is the car wash that is free with service. Hasn’t been very well done the last 2 times.
