You guys are running a criminal enterprise and will eventually catch up to you.
You charged me for work that wasn't performed offered no proof of replacement parts put in a new engine charged me 2200 more that the estimate check engine light is still on and I had to replace the thermostat because the car was overheating the first week after I picked it. You held it for 4 months it was broken into and damaged and you still failed to bother to lock it after I told you about it. So yeah your shop as far as I am concerned SICKS
