We purchased a used Kia Optima less than 2yrs ago with a warranty that included oil changes, inspections; and tire rotations. I recently brought the car in to have the service done only to find out that I would have to pay for the oil change and tire rotation, when we were told over the phone by a call center rep it was free. Unfortunately we had to pay for these services. This will be the last time my vehicle will grace the parking lot of this establishment.
