This is elder abuse. I feel I was taken advantage of because of my age. I intend to file a complaint with the City of Jacksonville and the State of Florida. After attempting to get my left rear brake light working, I sought repair from this place, Viking, with a $115 diagnostic. Viking provided a vague invoice that did not describe the work done. At $325, I assumed there was more involved than replacing bulbs. Apparently, 3 bulbs were replaced, 2 of which I replaced myself 3 months ago. I paid $10 apiece for bulbs. Viking charged $20, $20 And $15. A jacked up price. I was charged $23.02 for supplies. What supplies? Having replaced bulbs myself, I know how little work is involved in replacing bulbs. An hour of labor should have covered it. I've included 2 cost estimates from repair websites for comparison. This is a total rip-off. I paid but I did not sign the invoice because I objected strenuously to what I was charged. Seeing the other complaints against Viking, I see a pattern.
