A great place to live
I've lived here for nearly twenty years and have never had many complaints. The worst thing is something that the apartment management can't control and that's the construction noise next door that has been going on for about six years. Finally, though that's coming to an end and other wise I've had only one noise complaint in the entire time I've lived here. The grounds are well kept and the office staff and maintenance are always friendly and I've never had a problem with any of them. To be fair, the buildings are twenty years old but it seems things are always being improved and on the whole, for the money, it's a great place to live, and hundreds of dollars cheaper than the new apartments in the neighborhood. Public transportation is amazing, and as for having everything within walking distance - it's a dream. I don't drive so if you're like me and in a similar situation, this is a great area to live. There used to be an ant problem, but I haven't seen an ant in a year. I love the gated key card access to the property and feel a little more secure because of it. The courtyard is beautiful, flowering trees and shrubs and a pleasant overlook with wisteria, amazing in the summer to sit on a bench or blanket and read a book or just chill. If you're looking for a nice place to live at reasonable prices, this is the place for you.
