Shirley said she had to go back to this business because of ill-fitting panels. There was also some kind of plastic stuff all over the inside back of her vehicle, and she had to vacuum it out when she got home. Somebody was working on parts back there, and they did not even realize the plastic was back there. When she took her vehicle back, she was aware that her vehicle was not going to be perfect. The fitting is better but it looks like they took a rough edge, some kind of tool, to even the gap where the panel was fitting. They ended up marring the paint and she showed them that. She was not thrilled about it, but the damage was in the seam, so she is okay with it. They also told her the work would take 15 minutes but it ended up taking an hour and a half. She had expected a little longer than 15 minutes, but she would have liked for them to be more precise about how long it would take. The main thing is that her vehicle is driving well. Both the steering and the alignment are working well, and she hopes everything underneath the panels are okay, too. All of the employees were very nice and courteous, especially the young man in the front. She is not sure about the estimate, for that was mostly dealt with the insurance company and this facility. The employees were very polite, talkative, and they tried to be accommodating. She would definitely recommend them, but she would make sure to tell whomever she recommended to look over their vehicle before they left. She chose them because her Nissan dealer recommended them. Nissan deals with this business, and she wanted nothing but what her dealership trusts.

Thomas said the front wheel on the passenger side is damaged and he was wondering if they took the wheel from the back where the damage was done and rotated it to the front. There was a 10 day delay because the insurance company wanted them to try and repair the quarter panel before getting a new one.

Susan said she's waiting for a part to come and it'll take about 4 to 5 months to get it. It's out of their control. This business did a very good and outstanding job. She would highly recommend this business and this business is extremely clean.
