Beware
I took my car in for an oil change and the guys told me that I needed new brakes and rotors. Took the car to honda and they said I didn't need brakes. Honda stated the front brakes were 4mm, 33% and the rear at 6mm, 60%. They just want you to spend $600.00 on brakes AND rotors when I don't need them. Not only did they try to get brakes out of me, BUT ROTORS TOO! They rarely need replaced!

Joshua said the credit card machine at the business did not work and was told by staff that this has been an on going issue. Poor customer service
I made an appointment for an oil change and a transmission flush. I had an estimate from the previous owner which was reasonable. I had the work performed thinking the estimate was still valid, it wasn't. It was $50 more than originally quoted. I also had a $10 off coupon that wasn't validated. Finally, when my truck was finished the serviceman must have smoked in my truck because it reeked of cigarette smoke. This place had poor customer service and I won't be taking my box truck for service there anymore.

The estimate that we show in the computer from the previous owner is the same as what the customer was charged. As for the coupon, after talking to the person that billed this transaction, I realize that he did have a coupon and the fact that he wasn't given the discount was an oversight. This person was new on the front desk and didn't realize that the coupon was from a package that the customer purchased from the previous owner. No one would have smoked in a customer's vehicle but I will make sure that no one is smoking near customer vehicles.

If the customer would like to come in we will also refund his $10.00. Had he brought his concerns to my attention when he was in here I would have refunded the money for the coupon and addressed his other issues at that time also.
