Sue said the business this time around was a bit sticky, the business had her vehicle and when she got it back she had to return the vehicle. The facility never called her back to inform her on what was the problem with the vehicle, she called and an employee said they will tell the mechanic but she never got a call. The work was good and she had no problems after that.

Andy said this business performed good service on his vehicle's brakes. However, during a previous service, they did put the cover back on his port converter. His vehicle kept making noises, but by the time he left the facility, the noises stopped so he thought they put the port cover on. But when he got home he found that the cover was not put on.

Ricky said he did not have a good experience with the business. He paid $100 for the business for them to change the cables to the battery and replace it. He was pleased with the battery but it was expensive. The cables looked clipped at the ends and tucked away, the service looked rigged. The service was not done properly and it cost him his alternator. He now has to have service done for his alternator.

"Great, Fast Service"
I brought my 2009 Avalanche in for repair of the power seat motor. I wasn't sure if they could work on that being that it was really not mechanical related but they knocked it out in a few hours. Jerry's Chevrolet wanted me to leave the truck there for a week and get my insurance involved for a rental. I was very impressed with their service and speed.
