Thank you for your honest feedback sir. We use this to try and improve on our service as it’s very hard to catch everything going out the door. With that said I take 100% responsibility for this and I’m embarrassed over it. Your a valued customer and this is not how I want you to remember your service with websters. I would like for you to bring the truck in for a day and I’ll have a car detailed come and completely detail the vehicle inside and out. I’m very sorry thebrepair took longer then you wanted. It was my fault I’m sorry it wasn’t done a few days earlier. When you came back for the oxygen sensor I lowered the price of that job $50 to try and help you with an added discount for the time the transmission took. I hope your opinion of our quality of work has not changed and you accept my sincere apology. Your a valued customer and friend it’s always nice speaking with you when you come in. We learn some interesting things from you. Hope to see you soon and not with any issues with car because we want that to be running great! Also I’ll throw in a free state inspection for the delay as well so when you get that 80-100 Miles on vehicle come on down and I’ll inspect for free for you as a courtesy

Sometime After getting the A/C completely replaced on our old Trailblazer at WEBSTER the system began to fail. I called to tell them. However getting the car to them wasn’t easy logistically. FINALLY when I did. The warranty time had lapsed. Frank and Charlie said NO PROBLEM!! And it wasn’t. I can’t thank them enough. STOOD BEHIND AND BEYOND their words. How rare these days. Thanks fellas!
