Joel said he really appreciates management stepping up and taking ownership. The key that was lost was brought to his door so he was not out of any money or time. What he really liked about the whole situation was the manager apologized and that made everything better. Everyone makes mistakes and the importance of it is to own it and make it right and that 's what he did. He appreciates that so much and because of the way things were handled he will continue to do business with them.

We appreciate your business and are truly sorry that happened with the keys. We have the keys here. we found them right after you left. That usually does not happen and I agree it should not of happened. I had a meeting with everyone and addressed the issue as its unacceptable.
