Good Dealer with Fair Pricing
Good dealer and the staff was very helpful. Made the buying process easy and they kept their pricing fair even with the shortage of cars due to chip issues and did not mark up their pricing as some dealers have due to lack of inventory. Would buy it again.

Same Old Song and Dance
Not much is bad or good to say, like many dealers today just bad sale staff who have to work long hours for little pay, not well versed on sales or the cars they sell. Come back in 6 months whole new sales staff. No experience and little about the cars or delivery is done professionally sign your paperwork and leave. On to the next up. Hate to be so hard but it needs to be said. Improve in all areas needed. I sold cars by the way for 4 years so I know where I speak.

Hi Phillip, we sent you a rescore request for Bruce. A 4 and below is a failing score for Bruce. Bruce will call you later to discuss. Please know that failing scores cost salespeople money and employment status. I koow you aware of the hardwork that  salespeople put in as you mentioned, you did it for 4 years. Bruce is very knowledgeable as shown in all of his test and certification scores. We hear you loud and clear about the paperwork. We dont like it anymore than you do, but with all the regulations comes more forms. We have no control over the amout of forms that are signed. As for our turnover, we dont have turnover here, all of our salespeople are very tenured. Bruce is the newest salesperson and he has been here a little over a year now. we also are the only Hyundai store in Richmond not marking our cars up over MSRP, we refuse to take advantage of customers during this supply crisis, for that alone customers are gladly giving us a 5 score. PLease on behalf of Bruce rescore him to a 5. Thanks and enjoy your new ride.
