Customer Service & Service Top Notch
This is my second time using West Tire and Auto Repair. I've got to say that it's rare in this day and age to find an auto care business (any business for that matter) that truly treats their customers like they did back in the "good ole days" and I mean that with 100% seriousness. The guys took the time to listen to me when describing my issue and then kept in communication with me when they found out what repairs were needed. I really felt valued there as a customer and they didn't try to up sale me anything and best of all; the repair was done correctly. I was back on the road in less than 5 hours and that was without an appointment. If you're looking for an old time shop where they're going to treat you right and do the job right, then please choose West Tire and Auto.
