Water pump replacement
Westside informed me about a year ago during a routine oil change that I was losing fluid from my water pump and that it needed to be replaced. Since it was the first time they had observed that, and no over heating signs or anything, we decided to give it a couple months and check on it then. I personally checked it at 3 months and did not notice a significant loss, but now about a year later for an oil change I went back and there was a significant loss of fluid again. No pressure from them, but the right move was to replace, they worked with me and got it done quickly at a reasonable price.
