This pharmacy also sells NJ Transit tickets to Jersey City. Recently, one of the staff members demonstrated very unprofessional and unethical behavior. I asked for 10 One Way Zone 7 tickets. This meant 10 single one way tickets with no expiration date. The staff member (young asian guy) instead handed me 10 trip discounted tickets with a 20 day validity period. I am not a frequent traveler to Jersey City and travel only once a week. I have been a long time customer of Windsor Pharmacy and as usual, picked up the tickets without noticing the different tickets I was handed.
However, when I did notice the expiration date on the tickets the next day, I called the Pharmacy and they refused to return the tickets resulting in a loss to me. They kept quoting all rules to me. I would urge all patrons to stop using this Pharmacy as they resort to these unethical practices.
