"Didn't have parts available"
I had scheduled my work several weeks in advance and was called a few days before my service to verify what they would need to do. At that point I was thrilled, they seemed professional and courteous and even warned me how long it would take and asked if I could drop my car off in the morning. However, I received a call only 2 hours after dropping it off with them stating that they couldn't complete the work because they didn't have the parts. Why would they not have the parts available when they clearly knew in advance what work was to be performed?
