Neil is such a pro. This is the second time I’ve had him work on my truck. Besides being a guy who knows his stuff, he’s also a nice guy. He’ll continue to have my business and I recommend him to all in Ketchikan.

Incredible service
Neil has worked on my vehicles for a long time and now he’s out on his own. I am still with him. Super nice guy easy to work with and very well priced highly recommend anyone looking to get work done on their vehicle.

First service
This was the first time I had Neil do work on a vehicle and he did an amazing job and much faster than anticipated. Resolved the issue got the engine light off. Without doubt my wife and I just found our new permanent mechanic. He even went out of his way to give me a ride after I dropped the car off. Just a great guy as well as a great mechanic. I’d absolutely recommend him for any automotive issues.

Finally found a honest , A1 mechanic.
I'M holding on to my 2010 Ford Edge , had some issues with last yr. I was so lucky to hear about a new shop in town. My first visit with Neil I knew he was going to be my go to mechanic!!! Had alot of work performed so far, fare prices, excellent results. Highly recommended 👌

Brakes, wheel bearing work

Rear suspension
I ask Neil to perform preventive maintenance on my 15 yrs old Ford Edge. He agreed with my assessment that parts eventually wear out an fail. He has so far replaced my front & rear cv axles. Still have a little more to complete on suspension, he prices for parts and work perform outstanding. So glad I have him as my service tech.

Excellent service
I'm very happy with the service I got at Your Pit Stop, no question. Communication was the best I've had with any shop, in regards to both things needing to be fixed and pricing. And the pricing was very good, I'm happy to say. Also, as a woman, I'm happy that I was not talked down to a is often the case. Overall, I'm very pleased!
