I originally took my car to Ken’s Automotive, February 2, ‘22 big mistake. They had my car for 6 days, changed the steering pump, charged me $1109 and my steering was the same. I called Zach’s Auto Clinic 2/10, we discussed my problem and Zach suggested an intermediate drive shaft needs attention and it may be an issue finding one due to the year of my car. I asked Zach if I find the part would he install it. He said sure and I scheduled an appointment for 2/15. 2/11 driving to pick up the intermediate shaft my car started overheating. I called Zach and asked if I could park my car in his lot since I could not drive it now that it’s overheating. I dropped it off around 10am and got a ride to pick up the part. I dropped off the shaft around 11:30 figuring it would be till the 15th, the scheduled appointment day, till he would have it installed. 3 hours later Zach called and said the drive shaft was installed, his guys found the cooling fan had been unplugged, they plugged it in and everything was good.
You can’t beat that!
The car was fixed 5 days sooner than expected and he corrected what could have been a very serious overheating issue.
Well done!
