They know the international support community out there, but beyond that, they have really well-grounded knowledge in intercooled turbo diesels in general. I went there to have my front seat replaced, they had looked at it prior and told me the motor was ou
t, and therefore my seat could not move back for any taller people who might want to drive. They were honest and told me it would be a lot cheaper to replace the whole seat than to pull it apart and replace the motor. I was able to find a used seat online and as soon as I got it, they were able to put it in no problem. It was fast and friendly, and I highly recommend them. They are my go to shop.
