I was very happy with the service and repairs that were done on my 2016 Toyota Tacoma. It is 9 years
old, but only had 33k miles on it, so I was kinda surprised by the need for repairs. However, as a female Senior Citizen, I am typically leary of mechanics in general. However, every issue that I was experiencing, was quickly diagnosed and with my permission were resolved. I felt like the mechanics were knowledgeable, explained it to me in a manner that I understood the situation, plus focused on what the problem was that I reported and didn’t make extra recommendations that were unnecessary. Sadly, that has happened to me previously, by other shops. Not here, they were very professional and finished the work quickly. I’d definitely recommend the FIVE STAR Auto Shop! It’s a new shop and I would recommend them highly!
** As a side-note, at many shops now, they vacuum the front seat floor when finished and leave a paper liner in the driver floorboard. That’d be a really would be a nice addition for this shop, to add!

My trusted mechanic of 15 years was closed for the week for construction so called a few shops near m
e (4 didn’t even answer the phone and Sodano’s did) got me an appt an hour after I called, dropped my car off, walked down the street for coffee, was back in 15 min and they were done. Not only did they get me in same day, finish the job super fast but they were also affordable and super friendly. 10/10 recommend and will be using them if my home shop is ever too busy.
