I had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. I was able to use my
coupons and the staff member actually added an additional savings. I especially appreciated the shuttle drop of and pick up at my home that allowed me to get work done while I waited for my service to be completed.

It is very important to provide the customer with a firm time frame of when the job will be completed
. Time is valuable and time is money. Telling the customer it will take several hours (2,3,4,5 hours?) is not sufficient!!
