I had my car towed at this location as it was disabled and called Bo where he assures me that he will
look into the issue. He gave me a call and explained that before having them fix it which will cost me money, he went above and beyond to check and told me that the issue is related to an open recall which the dealer can fix at no cost. I have arranged the towing to get it off Trinity Auto Worx location and moved to the dealer. Thanks to Bo for being super honest about the situation and putting the customer's best interest before I spend even a dollar with them.
