2010 LT2 RS CAMARO

VVT engines are extremely sensitive premature breakdown if they are not maintained properly. Meaning, oil changes are done consistently and with the "correct" oil that is recommended through the manufacturer. Also overall maintenance within the engine. I had bought this car thinking it was a good buy but only to find out over time that the previous owner(s) neglected to have periodical maintenance performed As a result of neglect the engine is non reliable due to a possible replacement at under 95k.

Best car ever.

Back in 2010, I was mowing my lawn and an old high school friend pulled into my driveway. We talked about the changes in our lives and he told me that he was working for Chevrolet in Rochester NY developing the gen 5 Camaro V6 and said how they would run the engine at night with no oil and would return the next day to fix what had broken. Eventually, they produce one of the strongest and most reliable engines that Chevrolet produced. So I went out and bought the new Camaro and love the car.

Amazing muscle car! My baby!

I absolutely love my car inside and out! The RS PACKAGE completed the deal. As soon as I heard it from a mile away... I knew it would be mine! 6 speed and upgraded headers and exhaust sold me! Not to mention camaros are my fav.

2010 SS camaro

We bought our 2010 SS Camaro used with 143,000 miles on it and it had a bad lifter which we realized on the ride home we have had to sink thousands into our new car and the air conditioning is also out which is a very expensive fix because the windshield has to be removed and the dash torn into. Other than that I absolutely love the SS camaro!!! The person before us just drove the crap out of it!!!

Phenomenal Piece of Engineering

As with most people, I got my first glimpse of the 5th gen Camaro when I saw "Transformers" in 2007. I wanted that car more than anything. Three years later when they were released, I got one. Top of the line (at the time) 6.2L V-8 SS 6-speed manual transmission. 0 regrets. I could not wish for a finer automobile. Regrettably I have not maintained her as well as she deserves, but ten years and 175,000 miles later, she's never let me down. The design engineers at Chevrolet really nailed this one.

LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT

My Camaro is ten years old, and it has been so good to me. This week will be the first time that I will have to have some suspension/tie-bar etc. done. I bought it used in 2014 and I rust proof it yearly. The auto techs always comment that it has no rust anywhere. I take it for its regular oil changes and basic inspections. Of course I also don't drive it like a maniac.

Love this car!

Always wanted a first year First Generation Camaro. Found one that was a one owner who took great care of the car. I like doing my own services and this car is super easy to maintain. Even though it is a V6, this is more than enough power, the 6 speed manual makes it a blast to drive, city and highway.

Too many computers

What ever happened to points, plugs wires and carburetors (edlbrok manifolds. You know REAL muscle cars. Steering is greatly improved with continental tires, Michellen doesn’t make ones to fit. You have to have a computer since degree to work on one

Great muscle car

In my opinion the 2010 is the best year for camaro so far. They just did so much right. I'd only buy this car or any muscle car if you are planning on putting aftermarket parts on. The LS3 motor is incredibly easy to customize and modify. They make DIY jobs on your own car very easy.

I love the Camaro. Rides great. Haven't had alot issues with it since I have had it. Love the way it looks. It will get up and go if and when I need it to. I like that it has a sun roof also. Overall very happy with my purchase.
