old school look, modern feel to smooth ride
Chevrolet put out many versions of this classic, Nascar versions bring top dollar, typical standard SS versions can be found for a few grand, but expect some maintenance issues as 25yrs. things wear out/go bad. The ride is good, firm with responsive handling noticed, feels like a sports car might handle, it has limits so nothing special just better than typical cars of this era, Reliable 3.8 can be found in Pontiac vehicles also, may be best reliable overall engine ever for GM, miles bring leaks so expect a drip or fox it. Mine is a one owner, family car, little abuse, but needs TLC, I'll keep mine for now, it's not worth alot, but I can drive it a long way without worries. repairs are not outrageous so if issues come and they will, just repair and go for most shops.
