Worst car I've ever owner. Worst customer experience I've ever seen. Makes Comcast look like saints.
This is my third Hyundai Elantra in a row. I've been driving only Elantra's since 2011 but this new Hybrid Elantra will be my last purchase with Hyundai. In less than a year, I've had two nearly fatal incidents while driving. First, my sunroof exploded above my head while driving on the freeway, causing broken glass to fall in my eyes and face. The break was outward and it was determined that the glass was engineered wrong. Second, I was driving on the freeway, and my entire right, rear tire rolled off, causing me to veer off the road. This also caused other vehicles to swerve and miss me and also my tire which just kept on rolling down the road. Neither the SOS or Bluelink buttons worked when I tried to use them (when I really needed them). Hyundai will not help or claim any responsibility, only giving me the run around and not helping or reimbursing me whatsoever. They say the tire company is responsable for the tire but the tire company says its Hyundai. They also can't seem to figure out who is responsable for the SOS or bluelink buttons. Only passing me around to various people who all sent me in circles. My windshield also is cracked simply from washing it by hand with windex. And now Hyundai is saying it's the glass company, not them and it's not covered. I see this company as borderline fraudulent at this point.
