The mileage is way lower than advertised.

All in all it's a great car. The exterior looks great, the inside is decently roomy (unless you're 6' or taller, in which case you may have some issues). My biggest issue and complaint is that it's advertised to get 55mpg and I'm averaging around 42mpg. I traded in a 2019 Ioniq Hybrid for this and the range on that when I had a full tank of gas was over 600 miles. This one maxes out at about 420 on a full tank. I wouldn't have gotten rid of the Ioniq and bought this Elantra if I would have known this beforehand, but all the online research I did kept saying that it got 55mpg, which it does not, city or highway.

Run fine nice

This is a good car to drive. The engine is a little loud during acceleration for a Hybrid. Other than that a nice car. My wife loved the color, a blue one. Don't care much for the bar that runs from the dash to the seats, just don't look right.

Is excellent

Overall I love the car, yet I was dissatisfied that for the price and year it did not have a garage opener feature, blulink app is to costly at $300 to renew features that slow and not responsive, auto start-lock-unlock are very slow to respond and I just rely on the key fob. When I use the key fob to turn the car on also it turns of to soon in example when I try to key in the vehicle it shuts down automatically, the point of that feature is for the car to remain on and ready to go.

Great car and service.

Loving my new car and everything went smoothly! Am really enjoying driving my new car. I do have something going on with the hybrid system fan and still waiting to get a call about that but otherwise it’s a great car!

23 limited Elantra

No big complaints yet. Just wish the steering wheel was heated and passenger seat was electric instead of manual. Also, I would love to see a panoramic sunroof for this vehicle in the future. Fuel mileage is amazing.

I can only find two things wrong with my new 2023 Hybrid.

I drive about 800 miles per week and I'm averaging 51 to 54 mpg which is awesome. The worst part is the safety systems fail every road trip because the radar gets blocked nonstop and its annoying not being able to use all the safety features and cruise control you bought the car for! The door cup holders are useless. Other than what I have mentioned the car is awesome in every way! Just my 2 cents. Shay from North Carolina

Economic Price

With the gas prices, this is fuel sipping vehicle. That is the main reason and second is safety features. I liked the exterior styling and feel that there are some features in interiors that need improvement. Because I feel that I have paid a little over the MSRP considering the features that I was offered.

Good gas mileage, shotty CarPlay and driver assist feature integration

I purchased the vehicle for fuel economy purposes as I commute 500miles a week. The regular use of the vehicle means that I am constantly in and out of it on a daily basis and have been inconvenienced by the constant reconnecting required between phone and car in attempt to get CarPlay to work properly.

Fine

Still trying to figure out all the electronics, the touchpad navigation sucks, the navigation system sucks, I like the fact that it shows where the rest areas are, however it says the next rest area was almost 300 miles away and I probably passed 10 rest areas in that time. Touchpad is not very responsive and some of the menu items are very confusing, especially if I go on YouTube and try to find out how to use it it seems like there's a lot of difference between what people on YouTube are finding and what I can do. Get rid of and navigation system and install a good one in there it is very buggy, it keeps sending me to toll roads, all of a sudden it would start sending me to a new location that I had never been to and had no desire to go to, it would send me in the wrong direction just for no reason at all,

Good commuter car

The car was bought to be just simply a commuter car. I own a 2017 Hyundai Tucson 2022 Tundra and a 2022 Rav 4 hybrid. The car was ok priced but the dealer made me pay $1000 extra just to purchase the hybrid version. Kinda crap because fuel prices are much lower now and car stock is better.

Apple car play is trash... Brakes skip sometimes... speakers are great, seat warmers are great.. Purchasing the car was fine.. The older dude with the mustache and gray hair was pushy and rude to his employees.

23 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid

I wanted to get a vehicle that would get high mileage & the 23 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid worked. The price verses ratings & past experience with my former 2017 Elantra resulted in acquiring this vehicle. I'm very happy with all the bells and whistles that car offers & am relying on past experience with the former vehicle. My average mileage has been between 46 - 52 mpg on 7 tank-fills so far -Note colder weather mileage decreases. The comfort/ quietness of the car is very good. Note if you have a long torso, you may experience headroom issues if the seat is raised high. The 17" wheels is a nice noticeable difference (from my former 16" wheels) when traveling over potholes / un-even surfaces.

Car is great, convience package is buggy

Like the car but the electronic convience package is buggy and frustrating. Seriously, you are making me write 200 characters. This is one of the major problems, the software is uppity and not helpful.

Dealership are crooks car, does not get mileage I had hoped for.

The mileage is not as good as I had hoped. I did not understand I was charged $2500 for the privilege of buying a car because I did not look at the sticker on that car. I will never buy from them again. I got screwed 7 years ago but gave them a second chance. The sales was ok but the policies of the company (Boardman) are horrible. I know people that warned me not to buy from them but I did not listen.

I have filled out the survey and you can use it if you so desire. This is overkill. It becomes a bother at this point. e;iminate this section, and you should never require a word count. That can lead to some things you will not appreciate.

Decent

Overall I have been pleased with my Elantra Hybrid the interior is nice and the tech is good. It would have been nice to have the wireless car play. The car has better than expected pick up however there are times where I have to turn the car off and restart because the down shifting is extremely hard. This doesn’t happen all the time but enough to be annoying.

Loved Brad our salesman but it took us 6 and a half hours to turn in our lease and get a new one that was horrible no one should have to be a a car dealer that long!

Pretty car but gas milage is not what we were expecting it to be my ionic was better! I miss it! I wish they could have fixed my ionics heater problem and i would have bought my lease out but they had it three times and never fixed it so i had to lease a new car.

Great car and drives very nice!

Car is good. Drives very well. Best factory warranty. The options are limited and the fuel milage is not worth paying for a Hybrid. No 360 cameras option. Only rear view camera. The car needs better instrument panels and the option for better customization.

Great car and good on gas milage.

I used this car for commuting 200 miles per day 4 days per week. It has been great so far. I have owned a lot of nice high end cars and this car is amazing for the price and comfort. It has great curb appeal and all the technology you can dream of for a car in a lower price bracket.
