First Hyundai

This is my first Hyundai vehicle. I am pleased with this car so far. There ate a few things that need to be looked at to make it better. The battery only lasted 2.5 years. It is difficult to buckle the rear seat belts. The molding around the rear tire on driver's side is coming loose. The windshield cracked very easily. So far, the engine is running very well. The free oil changes could be scheduled more clearly. I was scheduled in a way that I lost out on one free oil change.

We love our Palisade!

Only issue has been the implosion of the sunroof. Riding down the road and nothing around and suddenly there was a loud noise, and the sunroof had cracked into 1000s of pieces. Dealership replaced it. So far, everything has been great.

extremely happy with the vehicle. Your car dealerships suck.

recently took my vehicle to a Hyundai dealership in Tucson, Arizona. Jim Click Hyundai at the auto mall. Upon requesting service to my 2023 Hyundai with 31,400 miles. I was asked by the service rep. if I purchase my vehicle from their dealership. I was told a additional $100 will be added to the 30,000 service offer. I just had my oil and filter changed only. I was amazed by this disgusting dealership trying to rip off consumers of Hyundai . I will returning back to Toyota and Honda for my future vehicles.

Extended coverages are total ripoff

We were sold 3 extended vehicle coverages at purchase of our vehicle: East Care, Care Care maintenance and Road Hazard Tire totaling a cost of $3688. They cover nothing but oil changes and tire rotation. The dealer claims any regular maintenance is not covered by the Easy Care or Car Care Maintenance Plan. I am reporting The selling dealer, the dealer close by who services our vehicle and Hyundai to the Consumer Protection Bureau and Better Business Bureau.

First Hyundai

Overall I really like the vehicle. It lunges when I slow to make an uphill turn when taking off up the hill after slowing down. It also has Very different thermostat readings-on dash it might say 75 and on the instrument panel it says 85-it has been up to 17 degrees different. I do not like how the low-beam/high-beam headlights work. I've had the vehicle 2 years and can't figure out how to use it-I dislike the automatic feature also.

Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy

I did my homework and all the features of the Palisade was what I was looking for. I wanted the light interior and the cameras were so important as I had lost vision in one eye. Having the picture come up on the dash when turning on a blinker and having the extra precautions is a big plus to me. I also wanted the large interior which is great.

VERY GOOD AND RELIABLE VEHICLE SO FAR

We have owned the Palisade for 2 years and so far it has proved to be a very reliable and fun to drive vehicle. The only negative things that we noticed is the rear AC does not cool as well when the vehicle is at a standstill; and the Palisade is not very fuel efficient.

Will never drive another vehicle!

This is the best, safest, fully loaded vehicle I’ve ever owned! I will never drive any other vehicle again. When I’m ready to update, I will just get the newer model, maybe in a different color!
