Safety failure!

This vehicle was a top safety pick when I bought it. Two years later, every seat has an urgent safety recall. The 3rd row has a cabin design flaw that will eject passengers in a rollover. Corporate customer care is a joke! I want my money back so I can find something better!

Terrible value - something is always broken

Our 3rd seat NEVER works. It is permanently with one side up and one side down and it is so frustrating because we can't change it for more storage or more seating capacity which we should be able to do. Also, the 3rd row heaters do not work. This combined with the recall for seatbelts with no clear date in sight for when this will get fixed make me really regret this purchase. I'll never buy a Hyundai again.

Previous model was better

Compared to the previous generation Palisade the 2024 sensors are way too sensitive to that part of a slight Misting rain generates all sensors to fail

The quality of the speakers are aweful!! I buy top line cars partially for the sound system. The auto volume to adjust with speed doesn’t work.

Spacious, some technology setbacks

This is a perfect Family SUV. With 4 car seats, I have lots of placement options. The window shades are a huge help and the individual air vents per back seat have made the car very comfortable for our kids. The one down side is the amount of technology, driving issues it has. My steering wheel clicks constantly after a 1 year maintence check and I cant get it fixed no matter how many times I take it in for service. I believe sometimes the amount of software updates to "fit all" can end up making some vehicles worse. I hope that if I keep going in that we will get this ABS/Steering wheel problem fixed eventually, so giving the vehicle 4 starts for inconvience factor.
