GREAT SIZE AND FEATURES BUT AVERAGE QUALITY

I LOVE THE SIZE, RIDE AND FEATURES OF THE PALISADE. THE ISSUE IS THAT THE PAINT QUALITY IS BELOW AVERAGE. I HAD TO HAVE THE DOOR HANDLES REPLACE AND NOW I NOTICED THAT THE PAINT IS COMING OFF THE FRONT BUMPER. ALSO, I WAS TOLD TO BRING THE CAR IN FRO A RECALL ON THE SEAT BELTS BUT WHEN I GOT THERE THE REPLACEMENTS WERE NOT IN STOCK.

Too many recalls

There are too many recalls that never get resolved—they take forever to address. When you take your Palisade in for maintenance, the oil they use isn't of the best quality; if you want 100% synthetic oil, you have to pay extra. I will never buy a Hyundai again.

2024 Palisade

My vehicle is only two years old and has been in the shop a number of times for malfunctioning issues. Currently Hyundai has had my vehicle for exactly two months today to repair the steering issues, shock issues and a door panel that came apart. I am still waiting on my vehicle. The upside is that they actually gave me a loaner this time. In the past I had to "pay" for an enterprise car and wait for reimbursement from Hyundai. This is not my idea a adequate customer service for a new vehicle.

2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy

Our Palisade Calligraphy is very comfortable on long trips and around town. The performance of the 3.8 liter V6 is powerful and fast for this class of vehicle (midsize 3 row SUV, 0-60 mph in 7.1 seconds). The gas mileage is very good for this size vehicle. The interior is excellent looking and feels like a luxury SUV. The safety features and sensors greatly help to make you aware of the cars around you and make driving safer. Especially for the price, this Palisade Calligraphy is a great value. We are very happy with Coastal Hyundai dealership of Melbourne Florida and their excellent service. Our service advisor, Amanda Trainer, is great at recommending the proper service needed to maintain our Palisade in top shape.

Love the 2024 model

I was in the market for a new vehicle and previously owned a KIA sedona (which was great). I was heading to the KIA dealership and a sharp lookin vehicle on the Hyundai lot caught my eye. It looked black and sleek. We turned in to get a better look. As I approached it, I realized it was a dark emerald colored Palisade. I had never even heard of them or paid attention to them on the road. I looked inside and really loved it. We went to check out KIA but I couldn't stop comparing things to the Palisade. We went back Hyundai and that Palisade became mine! I still love it.

I love my vehicle, but would like the backup system to automatically turn off when placed in tow mode. Each time you turn off your vehicle with a trailer attached, you have to manually switch it off. Such a simple thing to make happen. Additionally, give us a way to turn off “consider taking a break” notification.
