Electronic issues

The safety warning system goes off without warning. Showing several different warnings. Service fixed it but it does it less but still does it on occasion. Very annoying!

Good car - terrible service

My vehicle has had multiple open recalls for 7-8 months. 1 of them is a safety recall involving the rear seatbelts of which I also have 2 young children who sit in the back. The parts haven’t been available and the dealership following up has been terrible

Everyone is always impressed when they get in it.

The car has tons of features that we all love and use. Plenty of charging ports, headed/ac seats. The seats fold down easy . Every safety feature available in cars today. Comfortable ride. Only issue is a little loud with road noise and the auto steering favors the right side of the lane too much.

2025 plasade

My car has 11000 miles. There have been several recalls. The back windows had to have plastic over the inside. Took it to the dealer they did a sloppy job. I had to take it back and have it redone. The seat belts need updated due to recall. I have been waiting for parts for over a year. Dealer says they are on order. During the recall I told the dealer it was riding rough. He checked it and said the shocks were bad. I only have 11000 miles on it and keep it emaculat. How can it have bad shocks. Dealer said they ordered parts but do not know when they will receive them. To hard to get parts. I may switch to toyota next time.

Unreliable full option car

The car has tons of options which makes it really tempting to buy but it is unreliable. My car has been in dealership for about 2 months over last year for multiple major issues, windshield wiper malfunctioning during rain, engine light on multiple times and not having power and the car is not really quiet. You hear the wind noise in freeways.

Too many gadgets, but love the car

I love the SUV, but there are so many gadgets to figure out. I don't hardly use the informat as I am not a techy person and am afraid of messing something up. The manual used to show pictures to help guide you with the instructions, but now you have to guess which part of the format you want.

A little disappointed

This is our third Palisades and we are disappointed in a couple of areas. From the beginning we had some weird issues. The first was the brake lights were stuck on. They determined it was the switch. The part wasn’t available right away so I was instructed to disconnect the battery overnight. When I reconnected the battery the brake lights have been working correctly. That was over a year ago. There have been several electrical issues including the cameras in the turn signals stop work or the entertainment system stops working. None could be recreated at the dealership. Now the black paint on the grill is peeling off. The dealer checked and said it’s from rocks. I don’t believe that. This has never happened before in 6 years of owning a Palisades.
