A hybrid mid-size SUV you can buy in the Bay Area without a price increase

We bought this car in May, without a price increase, and it was sold according to MSRP. This is very rare. Overall, I am quite satisfied. Although the fuel consumption is not as good as that of Japanese hybrid cars, the average medium-sized SUV is still far behind this 30 mpg fuel consumption.

Good value for price paid.

Car availability and value for price paid were main reasons for purchase. See below for improvements that could make this 23 Santa Fe Hybrid better. Overall am very satisfied after 1 month of driving. Looking forward to seeing how it handles winters in Minnesota.

Santa Fe Hybrid

This is the 6th Hyundai I have owned. I had an Elantra, Tucson, Sonata and 2 Sonata Hybrids. My Son owns an ionic Hybrid. I am very happy with the reliability of the brand. I have less than 1000 miles on my Santa Fe Hybrid and it’s already been in the shop. I hope I end up having the same experience as my past vehicles.

Good car and warranty, minor issues fixed under warranty

Manual confusing because so many options not applicable to my car. No index in manual. Very good climate control. Good storage. Don't like no spare tire. Good driving assist features. Navigation prefers names of destination. If enter address, you have to take an extra step. Sometimes names work better and sometimes address works better. Overall it's good but got lost twice and had to use Google Maps on my phone.

Great Ride

This is our first Hyundai. This is our first hybrid. This is a fantastic vehicle. It looks great. Drives like a dream. Nothing about this car we don't like. Interior is luxurious and very tastefully done. Exterior is very sharp. We bought it because we loved it.

Excellent Experience Overall

I'm pleased with the vehicle. I'm a big guy, and the hip width is critical. This has enough, while not being a huge vehicle. The mileage is outstanding, as is the overall driving experience. There are some nits, though. Cupholder design and placement, and the placement of front-seat charging ports, appears to be an afterthought.

Best SUV to purchase. Hyundai really constructs great vehicles. This is my third Hyundai I have purchased. There is very low maintenance. Previous Hyundai's I have purchased just needed oil changes, tires and brakes.

Quiet, Quick and So Very Smooth

I’d read the reviews that said the Santa Fe Hybrid Limited has virtually no road noise and is very, very smooth riding. The test drive confirmed that, but until we bought one, we had no idea how smooth and quiet it really is. We’ve owned multiple large Acura sedans, multiple Genesis sedans and a Mercedes sedan. This Santa Fe Hybrid at least matches them all and exceeds some with its comfort and quiet. And the assembly quality is great. We couldn’t be happier.

Best Hybrid SUV

The Santa Fe Hybrid is an awesome vehicle. The power delivery is smooth and refined. The hybryd system is more powerful than the non-hybrid. Interior fit and finish is much better than many high end or luxury alternatives.Safety features are one of the best in the industry. Anyone interested in a luxury SUV needs to check out the Santa Fe Hybrid limited edition; you will not be dissapointed.

Seems like a great car Time will tell

We love the car only have 900 miles on it but it is the best car we have ever owned. We hope it holds up to the test of time. It appears to us it will. If drives and feels very well built. We owned a BMW X3 before and it is MUCH nicer than the BMW

This is the first car of many I have owned that is perfect for me. What I believe is the most impressive characteristic of the car is how easy it is to park. It handles like a dream. Very quiet with mostly no wind or road noise.

Very pleased with this purchase ....

Bought the Santa Fe hybrid brand new. It looks great, it's a smooth drive, love the features and it's incredibly comfortable. It's 0-60 isn't great and the AC blows no matter what, which are the two big issues.

Sales staff were very helpful. It is like a high end SUV but at a better price

I have had my new Santa Fe AWD hybrid about 6 weeks & I am very pleased with the mpg that I am getting. I was reluctant to purchase a hybrid as I thought I spent too much time on the highway. Getting 35 mpg & not buying as much gas.

Love it

I love my Santa Fe Hybrid SUV. It’s has all the bells and whistles you could possibly want in a car. The only complaint I would have is the road noise is a little loader than I would like but otherwise it’s fantastic.
