I really like my Tucson but there are some features that I do not care for. The heating and cooling system is hard to regulate. And my windshield wipers also are very hard to control.

A question

This perhaps is off subject but when you buy a car you are buying the service department. For some reason once you are past initial months of ownership the service is bizarre. Appointments for recalls seem to be impeded by not holding in inventory the necessary parts. With my new Tucson seems the front windshield is extremely delicate. Have seen numerous new Tucsons with exact crack. Drove my 2017 Tucson on many many road-trips and no cracks and still none. Also way too many hazard bells and whistles especially the automatic brake applied when the CAR thinks it’s too close to another vehicle. Can’t believe myself & other people haven’t gotten whiplash.
