The best interior design. Smooth driving. Missing a lot of features that’s in the higher trim, at least give me the full buttons on the front, like “Driver Only”.

Disappointed

Looks good. Roomy. Quick enough. Steering questionable. Wanders. Hard to keep in road grooves on interstate. Wheels must not have a wide enough stance. Poor, poor, poor amount of cup holders. Only 2 in front, 2 in rear. None in doors. Not one large one for carry cups or larger size drinks. Next time I will check better. This is my 4th and last Hyundai. I LOVED my first 3. Even gave my last one to my daughter after I had it for only 3 years. I felt that I didn’t even need to test it. My others were perfect. City driving is ok because our roads are busy. Highway is torture. Shoulder and arm muscle pain after 2 hours. Not a happy camper.

Good vehicle

The things I regret most is not being aware that this particular model that was sold to me was a basic model without none of the ameneties such as, None electrical, Seats, back hatch, and only one automatic open close window driver's side, Of course by the time I realized this mistake it was too late, I guess I can blame it on my lack of experience during this purchase since it was my one and only time to purchase a brand new vehicle and assumed that all the above amenities were included. If I were given the opportunity to do it all over again I would most definitely look for these things before purchasing. Other than that this vehicle is pretty good so far.

Wish we had kept our 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe

We do not have as much storage room in this vehicle as we did in our 2016 Santa Fe. The Santa Fe had a large space in each of the front doors in which to store books, maps, etc as well as a place to hold a water bottle. The compartment between the seats of this 2025 Tucson is smaller and doesn't have a shelf, making the storage area less useful. There is no area for coins or a pen etc. There are too many electronic features. The heating system is not warm until you set it above 80, and the cooling isn't cool until it is set 65 and below. The Santa Fe had more storage areas in the cargo area where the spare tire can be found. Dealing with Hyundai Motor Finance was an awful ordeal. We still haven't received our Title, our registration address was incorrect and caused a delay in receiving it and we still have to correct the address with DMV.

Every once in awhile this car does not shift properly. If you are going up a hill it stays in the lower gear to long. If I back off on the gas it will go into the next gear.
