Everything Great Except For Mediocre Infotainment System

I love everything about the car except for the infotainment system. When it's working it's fine. It does everything very well that I want from it. However, it is extremely poor when starting up. Very often the displays will reboot themselves multiple times before they start to function correctly. Not what I expect from a $54K car and Infiniti doesn't have a clue about how to correct the problem based on reading many posts in online Q50/Q60 forums. If you can live with the unacceptable infotainment startup behavior the rest of the car will make you happy you chose it. The quality of the build both inside and outside is consistent with the price. The drivetrain provides good performance. I would personally avoid the Direct Adaptive Steering (DAS) because of its artificial feeling, but that's just my preference.

Q50

I had and G37X the car was nice and fun to drive but after being in it all day it was like driving a sports car. I wanted a car that had somewhat the same performance but with a more comfortable ride and the Q50 does both. They car is a step above the G37 which it replaced and the AWD on this car seems to be a little more responsive when I was traveling over the mountain pass a few weeks ago. I would recommend the Q50 to anyone who wants a luxury feel and still wants the power and handling of a 4 door sedan.

What a great car!

I purchased a 3.0T Premium and I couldn't be happier with my car. The 3.0 twin turbo is responsive, smooth and has great acceleration. The ride is as good as the Cadillac ATS (I test drive both cars twice) but the engine is more responsive and the transmission is much smoother on the Q50. The interior is very comfortable and quiet, even at freeway speeds with the stereo going. Handling is excellent, steering response is fantastic and the overall response and handling of the car on the road reminds me of my old 2007 Mini Cooper S.
