I do not like Mercedes attitude.

I do not like there way of service. For example, the force you, to replace the brake disk, when you replace brake pads. This is a waste of material and money. They require a transmission fluid change after 60k, which if over $ 600.- I had an issue from the beginning. It was fixed it under warranty many times again again. After that time 4 years they said, you have to pay. Altogether they over charge you ridiculously, if you use there service.

Car or manufacturer

The cafe itself is great. But j had to deal with customer service at Mercedes Benz USA, that was a horrible experience. I wouldn't want another Mercedes because of this experience. They didnt wan tg to stand behind their product. Faulty engine at 53000 miles. I've written and called no one will respond. I get better service at a drive through restaurant.

Cute zippy car

I love my car. It’s little and zippy and fun, but at the same time, it has plenty of room for me and my baby! It’s a great car, I do not like how much the oil changes cost. About $600 a year. Maybe I should get a Tesla ?
