love these guys, kinks in system
I always get great service with the employees here. My only qualm is that when I sign up for services on line, it doesn't show me what my history is or what I need. For example, the last time I was in I had my tires rotated, and I wasn't sure if I need it to do that this time; the menu of options to select is large and unwieldy for someone who knows nothing about cars - I simply recommend it be programmed more layman friendly and with our cars history at the forefront.
