Good reliable car after 23 years…

My first Subaru and likely not my last. Good reliable vesicle. A few surprises such as electrical issues but all fixable. Don’t under-power the battery cranking needs and most issues are fixed. The double sun roof is good as it vents the full car, saving a/c on many days. Good highway weight, and small enough with AWD to get around any local roads and country lanes. The exhaust system is a minor design pain, and pricy to replace, but find a good shop with a welder and they can do work around stuff. No major leaks or issues, takes regular fuel, good mileage ratings. I like the frameless windows, similar to the late 1990,s Lexus. Excellent visibility, albeit the sun visors are not well positioned or extendable. Excellent cargo space. I recommend this vintage one to others if they are tolerant of small nuance maintenance …generally like the CarGuys say, change the oil regularity, maintain good alignment and tires and all else is easy…. I would buy a second one if this one ever goes to car heaven…
