1997 Toyota land cruiser is awesome!

I’ve always wanted an SUV. I found a really great unique 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser took it in for a AAA complementary 40 point mechanical check and all it needed was two belts! I’m really thrilled about that this is a very clean car and drives nicely, it’s quiet inside the cab, has great pick up speed and is a great looking vehicle. The only downside is I hear it only gets 13 miles per gallon.

Just Land Cruiser is fantastic very dependable never left me out in the wilderness I wouldn’t be afraid to drive this anywhere it’s practical my only complaint is after 270,000 some odd miles the interior is getting kind of worn out and my roof rack is falling apart a couple of the dash lights don’t work but other than that it’s a great truck and think it’s well worth every dime that I put into it

1997 Toyota Land Cruiser.

This is the 15th Land Cruiser I have owned. Can not beat the quality and this is one vehicle that will get you into trouble and yet get you out again back home. Easy to work on and after market parts for General Motors can be used on this vehicle. Wheels, Clutch, Carb, and even Headers. My vehicle is a straight 6 and has a 50 year history. Tried and true engine. Not great mileage for a 5000+ vehicle. But it gets you where you want to go and in style. Jeep wants to say they were first but Toyota was and I can prove it. There are places in the world where this is the only vehicle in town or country. The one I have now is going on 5 years ownership and I still am very happy with it.

1997 Toyota land Cruiser

It started as a Leased vehicle which I purchased at the end of my contract. It soon became a family member. It is always been reliable and sure footed. My Kids soon named it the mule, out of love and respect. I have had several forerunners but nothing like my Landcruiser. My mechanic at York Auto Group in York Pennsylvania named John Howery, with his Expertise and Experience has kept it running in tip top shape, going on 18 years. The Manager at York Auto Group Collision Center, Jeff Dorsey and his staff keeps it looking like the day I pulled it off the showroom lot. My wife drives the cruiser more than I do now. She says she feels safe and loves the respect she gets on the highway. I just took it for a spin in the 2016 blizzard, 30.2 inches of snow in York Pa. Buried her in a drift just so I could use the low range gears, just to watch and listen as it transforms into a beast. I am now 68 years old and a retired Baltimore City Firefighter, with 30 plus years of service and my 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser makes me feel like a young man again. Thankfully I also own a 2002 Lexus SC 430, hard top convertible, that's also cared for my the York Auto Group staff. My grandkids now call that one, "The Silver Transformer". So all in all, that's my Toyota story. I would like to say one thing in closing. With the help of Toyota Vehicles, Service, and Staff, my wife and I, kids and grandkids, now have all happy memories and trails. Sincerely, Albert Foster and Family
