s. Most all of them took down my name and phone number and I told them exactly what I wanted and was very motivated to buy. Not one of them called or texted me, until I talked to Allen. What I wanted wasn’t on the lot at the time but he took note and messaged me as soon as they came in. (And I mean as soon as they came in! They were still wrapped and weren’t even checked and on the lot yet.) Within days Allen helped me find the perfect car I wanted, got me a good deal, and I drove away a happy customer!

Hyundai of Elizabethtown has been working on my car for a couple of years now because my air conditio
ning seems to just quit when it wants to. This has been very frustrating for me as you can imagine, buying a new car and the air just stops working when it wants to. First of all let me say thank you to Mundy, Steve, Tony, TJ, and Junior for doing everything that they could possibly do to make this as pleasant for me as possible. Every visit they treat me like family and they assure me that they are doing everything that they can possibly do however my part is on backorder and no telling how long it's going to be before it arrives.
My air went out again today so I dropped my car off at the Hyundai dealership of Elizabethtown and talked to Tony to see if there's anything he could do. Knowing that this has been very stressful to me for them not being able to fix my car Tell my part comes in, he offered me a loner till they get my car fixed.
