Solid, Responsive, and Considerate Customer Support
On my way home from the gym, after making a stop, I experienced a dead battery on my 19,000+ mile Kon
a EV. I was in Oak View where I had the battery jump started, and headed nonstop to the Service Dept in Oxnard----not a trip I ever expected to make that or any other day. I was still in my gym clothes. At the service dept. I explained what happened to customer service rep Rolando Reyes, who told me that because they were a bit shorthanded and it was time--I would have a fair wait ahead of me. I asked him if there was anyplace I could buy some food for lunch---and he offered to drive me to a closeby Subway to buy food for lunch. His going out of his way and giving up part of his lunch hour to help me out this way was a very special example of above and beyond customer service extraordinaire!...And after the battery was tested and ultimately failed service manager J.J. Delgado authorized installation of a new battery, and I was finally able to drive home to Ojai. So thanks to Rolando and J.J. what could have turned to have been a total ordeal---was resolved with courtesy, efficiency AND kindness! These are really good guys!
