Yasaa said the staff at the reception desk were not friendly, they did not greet him and he felt like they just wanted to get rid of him. Other than that, everything else was great.

Paulette said she went to this business for an oil change. She had a coupon for about $15, but when everything was done she had to pay $20. This was misleading and she would not recommend them over this.

Nore said this business wanted too much money, but they were okay. She had her vehicle in for service in April for work done on her brakes. She had already paid them a lot of money for that and other things. She went back because she is leaking oil. Now they are telling her, her vehicle is leaking in 3 different places, a gasket, the steering wheel, and another spot. They wanted $2,126 for the service. They did not tell her about this when she had the brakes done. She would not go back and would not recommend them due to these reasons.

"Rebuilding Trust"
I have been a loyal customer for many years and have referred many people, but the last few years the customer service has slipped and the place feels greedy and doesn't care about their customers anymore. It started when they opened the other locations. I was ready to find another mechanic. But just recently I have noticed things are sort of going back to how they where before and I am hoping to rebuild that trust again. I'm not sure yet is I will be referring anyone anymore, at least not yet. We'll see how things continue.
