"Friendly service, prompt attention"
I appreciate Tony and his staff at Autotech Riverside. They take good care of their customers and their cars. They are caring and honest in dealing with customers and take care of you like you are one of the family. They make good suggestions and explain problems that need repair or they will tell you it is not needed. Where else can you get that honesty? I trust Autotech with my car!

"SO appreciative"
You guys saved us - we were the ones with the six animals, the dead VW CC, and all of our valuables in the car. You not only fixed our car, you held it for us for our return from Las Vegas to pick it up. You also accommodated us in your lobby with all of our pets while we figured out a strategy to continue our travel, and allowed us to store some of our items in your shop. We cannot thank you enough. You were super honest from the beginning, telling us that the repair was probably under VW warranty - most companies would not do that - they would take it in and repair it and not think to do the "right thing". But when you realized it would be a minimal charge, you went ahead and did the fix, knowing that towing it over to the VW would be more trouble than just having it fixed there. The car is working perfectly, you helped us immensely, and we will be forever grateful. I also put a review on YELP. Thank you!

"Their professional service, upbeat attitude and attention to details."
After having the car towed to the shop at 3:30 am, it was convenient they had a Night drop off point. They called after diagnosing the problem and explained the cost to repair and how long to complete. The work was done promptly and they offered a AAA discount as a bonus! Great people to do business with.

Debra said she was not satisfied with her experience because when she arrived at the business, she was not acknowledged for 20 minutes. When she was acknowledged, she answered all the questions posed to her. They took the vehicle and parked it. She sat for another 10 minutes before she asked what was going on with her vehicle. She was informed the vehicle did not pass and they could perform the work needed for $800. She asked why she was being charged so much when she could have it done for less at any other facility. They informed her she could have the work done anywhere she wanted but she would have to come back to them to have the inspection performed and she would be charged another $52. She needed the rear drums, shoes and front rotors. She did research with 4 other facilities that are certified to do the work and they were going to charge her $300 for parts and $165 for labor. She believes the business is charging $300 for parts and $500 for labor. She mentioned the business would do better to give its customers an itemized quote to see the breakdown.

Martin said he would like a little bit more reasonable pricing at this business. He understands the prices but he would like for them to work with people. Sometimes it can be difficult paying for other bills and maintaining a vehicle to get around when money is tight. Other than that, he was satisfied with their service and would recommend them. He is trying to save up a little money, but he needs to go back to them. His vehicle is salvaged and they are the facility doing all the work to check if it is safe.
