I was extremely pleased at how they wouldn't quit at getting me the car I wanted. I was so eager for a new one that my sales rep took his time and showed me the cars I wanted to see plus more! Although this dealership was a ways away, I'd definitely recommend to others! Thanx again!

We enjoyed working with Bobby, however, we felt that after we were set to buy the cars, things lost finesse. The cars weren't detailed when we picked them up and didn't have gas. Bobby got us in for a detail and filled up the tanks, but one still wasn't "detailed" inside. We felt that a last minute change in the financing/price wasn't well explained and we were fairly worn down from the 5 hours of purchasing that we didn't ask the right questions. We were told that once we left everything would was set and any extras would be mailed to us. We have had to call to remind the dealership to send items and to finish some financing.

I wanted to let everyone know what a great car buying experience I had at Bill Pierre Chevrolet in Lake City. I recently bought a Volt and spent time going around the dealerships looking at cars. I have never liked the "car salesman" type and to my delight I did not find that kind of salesman at Bill Pierre. We worked with Theodore Huger and Matt Sisson. What impressed me most was their patience with me. I was not feeling well and just wanted to go home. They played no games and gave us such a great deal I bought the car. They worked for this deal as I was not the happiest person (being sick). I am in love with my car and will let everyone know how happy I was with Theo and Matt!

PS..... 618 miles /almost 2 weeks/only used 2.8 gallons of the gas the dealership filled me with/get 38-41 miles on a charge. I have not been to the gas station in over 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although the immediate truthfulness of agents was lacking, after some laid back haggling a price in my budget was found for a vehicle that suited my needs.
