Kevin said his vehicle was not ready when promised because of additional damage found and a part delay. He did not remember how late his vehicle was returned. He mentioned his estimator told him there might be additional damage because she could not tell until the bumper was removed. The estimate went from $2,000 to $5,000, so it must have been a considerate amount of additional damage found. He mentioned the delay wasn't much of a problem because he had a rental and was aware there was a possibility of additional work needing to be done. He chose not to evaluate the communication but did not say why.
