Tammy said this business has the best people and customer service skills of any repair business she has ever gone to. She was very happy with their respect for her and their service, which establishes trust with their female customers. She researches the work that needs to be done on her vehicle and this has made other repair businesses defensive, but not this business. This business did an alignment and the owner told her he got a 99 percent alignment done. He explained it could never be 100 percent because of 2 accidents she was in. She stated she thinks he told her this to protect his reputation. She took a stack of his business cards and placed them in the break room at her job.
