Great team - always great service when I drop my car off for service. The inside group - where you pay your bills. Those ladies could get some tips on how to be a little more customer service. Not everyone, but the woman who billed me out last time didn't even make eye contact. It's such a huge difference between the folks who check you in and those inside you bill you out.
