Spoke with Betty. She said she rated 4 on her overall experience because of the delays and the higher cost. It was explained and that was fine. She was expecting the vehicle a little sooner. She told them if they weren't happy with the way the gray paint came out, to go ahead and do it again. It wasn't their fault as there can be 20 grays to mix and when a vehicle is a few years older the paint has oxidized. They were very cooperative and she appreciated they wanted to do it right. The vehicle was delayed 2 days for painting again, and a 3rd day for drying. Betty was kept informed but she hadn't realized the bill would be higher by $150 to $200 for the extra painting. She just wants things explained. They did a good job. The people were very courteous, she's used them before, and they came very highly recommended by Pemco. They're all quality people.
